- Identify existing problems through the company's appraisal system
- Introduce job specifications and work schedules
Part2
- Introduce training plans, related to skills assessment
- Re-assign duties where appropriate
Part3
- Introduce performance monitoring
- Set-up a suggestions system
- Set-up regular awareness meetings
