You have demonstrated ability to:
1- Identify the issues within the context of the assigned HR question (10).
2- Apply research skills to examine and analyze the literature appropriate to the issues (25).
3- Discuss the implications of their analysis in theory, supported wherever possible by practical examples and/or case studies (35).
4- Frame appropriate conclusions based upon your research, analysis and understanding of the assignment (20).
5- Employ an effective layout and structure to deliver the arguments supported by approved academic referencing (10).
