Managing Change in Business Organizations
An analysis of your current organization
undoubtedly has myriad problems that are in need of substantive change. You
have just been appointed the new CEO of your company. Your major task is as
follows:
1.Provide a brief overview of your
company.
2.The paper must be prefaced with an
Abstract.
3.Identify a major problem requiring
substantive change within your company.
4.Provide a brief history of the problem
itself.
5.Utilizing the Six Steps to Effective
Change as set forth in the seminal article Why Change Programs Don't
Produce Change authored by Beer, Eisenstat, & Spector (1990) explain how
you would go about instituting substantive and sustainable initiatives to
eradicate this problem.
6.You should construct 2 to 3
substantive paragraphs for each sub-section.
7.You should compose a conclusion.
8.There should be a minimum of four (4)-scholarly sources within your
paper.
9.Bear in mind that Anonymous, http, and
Wikipedia will not be accepted and your grade will be adversely affected.
10.Your sources
can not be more than 5-years old.
11.The submission must have a References
page (It should be the very last separate page).
12.The entire paper must be APA (5th
Ed.) compliant.
13.The paper must be double spaced.
14.Pagination must be at the bottom of each
page directly in the center.
15.Do NOT use contractions anywhere in
the entire document.
16.Remember, a formal paragraph consists
of a minimum of 4-substantive sentences and a maxim of 6-substantive sentences.
