Action Items: Internet Marketing Project

1.  Visit each of the three web sites you chose for Internet Marketing Project.

c. Non-profit: Light of Life Rescue Mission, https://www.lightoflife.org/

2.  Examine each carefully. Identify as many relationship building techniques as possible.

3.  Analyze how the sites are similar and how they are different.

4.  Go to the Facebook page of one of the companies that you are following.

5.  Reflect on how conversion might be defined on this platform.

6.  Identify the steps in a path that would lead from your entry point to the defined conversion activity.

7.  Write a 3 page paper that reports your findings on the company. Include section headers in your paper that correspond to the information required. Include at least 2 to 3 resources besides your textbook. Your paper is to include the following sections:

a. Relationship Building.

i.  Identify the relationship building techniques on each web site.
ii. Discuss the similarities and differences between the sites.
iii.Discuss the reasoning from an Internet marketing perspective for these similarities and differences.

b. Conversion.
i.  Identify the Facebook site that you investigated.
ii. Describe how conversion might be defined on this platform.
iii.Identify the steps in a path that would lead from your entry point to the defined conversion activity.

iv. Recommend ways to make the progress along this path more persuasive. Justify your recommendations using Internet marketing principles.
