Based on a case study both historic and real time, or work organisation where you have access.
Task:
Prepare a report utilising the relevant literature on change management. Choose a business organisation to discuss, analyze and critically evaluate the issues surrounding strategic change in that organisation. Taking the role of an external consultant, discuss in- depth a relevant model(s) of change that can be implemented in the chosen organisation that will lead stakeholders in developing a strategy of change.

4 Be able to plan to implement models for ensuring ongoing change
